EMR: Instance state reports RUNNING while WAITING

Hi,

I never seem to get the WAITING status as reported by the AWS console, it appears to report RUNNING instead:

$ aws emr list-instances --cluster-id j-XXXXXXX

Can you confirm if you're still seeing this issue on the latest version of the CLI?

I'm sorry I can't use the latest version with emr because of #937.

Sorry, this command actually works in 1.5.1.

I confirm, this is still an issue.

Closing out old issue, I believe this is fixed. If you're still seeing issues, could you provide the raw XML response from --debug as well as the JSON output from the CLI so we can compare where the discrepancy occurs. We'd be happy to take another look.
