Description of changes:

  • Created a Documentation and API reference site using DocFx
  • Excluded *.Internal classes as well as Microsoft's classes
  • Enriched the Doc site using our Readme and design docs already existing in the repo
  • Customized default template to include AWS branding and logo
  • Added a GitHub action that would create the GitHub pages site
