chore(deps): bump cookie and @aws-amplify/core

Removes [cookie](https://github.com/jshttp/cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@aws-amplify/core](https://github.com/aws-amplify/amplify-js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `cookie`

Updates `@aws-amplify/core` from 5.5.2 to 6.4.4
