I doubt that it contains rkmpp enabled, which makes it useless on rock.

Hm, on my debian stretch install it works. But can't remember what exactly I did to get it to work. Should be in the irc logs somewhere. |
I used longchairs mpv and: ffmpeg version N-90100-g7dc8752e61 Copyright (c) 2000-2018 the FFmpeg developers sadly I can't remember where I got this from. |
ffmpeg installation seems to be broken now on bionic too, as Ubuntu Upstream released dependencies on newer versions of packets which are implemented/modified by @ayufan Steps to reproduce: |
