@ayumifuji hello, I appreciate your updates to CICE and we are working with this model to perform some modeling. However, in order for this to be accepted into the greater CoastalApp repository (https://github.com/noaa-ocs-modeling/CoastalApp) it needs to be a submodule.
this pull request moves all of your changes to CICE into a submodule, currently pointing to https://github.com/zacharyburnettNOAA/CICE. After ayumifuji/CICE#1 is merged, this submodule should be changed to point to https://github.com/ayumifuji/CICE
