Before submitting an issue

Do a search in open issues to see if the issue or feature request has already been filed.

If the issue already exists, make relevant comments and add your reaction. Use a reaction on the issue description rather than adding a "+1" comment.

Submitting an issue

We are still working on an Issues template. For now, follow these broad guidelines when submitting an issue:

  1. Categorize the issue. We noticed that most issues typically fall under one of the following categories:
    • New Module Request
    • Bug in Existing Module
    • Updating/Adding Attributes in Existing Modules
    • General Suggestions
  2. Describe the issue in detail, include any links, code fences, and screenshots.
  3. Let us know a proposed fix if there is any! Otherwise we will take a look into it and see how we can best address the issue.
