1.x-3.0.0-beta-4

This release pulls in commits from the Drupal version 8.x-3.0-rc12. Various bugs are taken care of, and two new features are included:

• A setting to allow toggling sticky action buttons so that form actions can be inserted into the sticky header and thus always available no matter where on the form you are currently viewing.
• The ability to manually resize the sidebar edit pop-out panel.

Please continue to use and test, and file any issues that you may come across.
