@Wendi-West, the link provided for measuring speaker and Attendee demographics and inclusivity doesn't show much detail about the process. Could you give more information on that or direct me to where to look. |
Hi @Wendi-West Thanks for sending an application, excited to review again! Before I start my review, adding to what @KafayahL asked. I think the link you provided is for registration. Is there a post-event feedback form to get feedback from attendees and speakers? |
Hello,
The link provided is for the registration. I shared that to show where the
attendees and speakers add / provide the demographic information as part of
the registration process. Post event, we produce a transparency report.
However, Cloud Native eBPF Day is a new event, and I didn't have an example
of a past transparency report to share. We also have a Diversity +
Inclusion Slack channel during the main KubeCon+CloudNativeCon event for
anyone to provide feedback. And provide this statement and email address: If
you have ideas on how we can create a more inclusive event, please do not
hesitate to let us know. Contact Angela Brown, SVP & General Manager of
Events, at ***@***.*** on our Diversity + Inclusion
<https://events.linuxfoundation.org/cloud-native-ebpf-day-north-america/attend/diversity-inclusion/#contact-us>
pages.
Best,
Wendi
