A package-lock tried to sneak in :)
Let's delete it and add an .npmrc (like in pinejs) to block re-creating it in the next npm install.

- Update @balena/lint from 6.2.2 to 7.2.4 - Delete `require-npm4-to-publish` as handled by `engines` parameter in `package.json` Change-type: patch Signed-off-by: fisehara <harald@balena.io>
