bal-file-upload issue when reuploading removed item

When using bal-file-upload and trying to reupload just removed item nothing happens. It should upload this file again.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Upload one file
  2. Remove it
  3. Try to upload the same file
  4. Nothing happens.
    However it works if using drag and drop
