How to reproduce

When I add text object on a flat object, I change it for a different color ! If I slice the plate I see the text will print but if I change the object text from "Part" to "Modifier" , I see the text on my flat object but if I slice it I see in the preview that it will not be printed because no print tower on the side. If I change back the part type to "Part" and then slice the print tower come back. Tried on 2 different computers and models. Same result! I want to print text flat with the surface ! May be I use wrong tool!

Actual results

The text disapear in the preview and no print tower. Text is in a different color so I should see it

Expected results

The text should appear in the preview and a print tower should appear as well

Hello, the slicing effect of the modifier requires a guarantee of two days:

  1. The color of the modifier is different from the color of the sliced model
  2. The modifier and sliced model should intersect, and the text added by default is actually non intersecting with the cube model. You can adjust the position downwards using the translation tool.
