Production ready 1.0.11 release of GPON Monitor.

Changelog:

  • Moved to .NET 6.0,
  • Updated AutoMapper, SharpSnmp and Swashbuckle packages,
  • Added ip-host-1 property to ONT view,
  • Added support for Leox devices (LXT-010G-D and LXT-011G-D),
  • Added support for HALNy devices (HL-1G and HL-1GE2).
