US-100 Ultrasonic distance module example

This is simply example of reading distance and temperature directly from US-100 sensor configured in UART mode.

Hardware

Tested with ESP32 devkit V1, where is possible to connect 3 UART devices at once using HardwareSerial library. Pick any port you like when configuring serial.
