Improved accuracy

Use fixed point with 16 bits fractions for improved accuracy for both ADC and PWM.

First working version

Basic features supported, it can control voltage and current and can calibrate the voltage output and measurement to good accuracy.

Calibration of current control is still not tested due to lack of test gear for that.
