Failing test, missing BINDIR?

Hi,
I compiled 3.0.3 okay but it fails on the test part, suggestions?
(followed https://github.com/basho/riak/wiki/Quick-Start)

If I manually set BINDIR I get this:

root@focaltmp:~/riak/rel/riak# export BINDIR="/root/riak/rel/riak/erts-10.7.2.3/bin"
root@focaltmp:~/riak/rel/riak# ./bin/riak-admin test
Node '' is not reachable from 'riak_test@focaltmp.production.local'.root@focaltmp:~/riak/rel/riak# 

Edit: started it beforehand with:

root@focaltmp:~/riak/rel/riak# ./bin/riak start

Sorry, I didn't know about that quick start page, and it is out of date.

Since the move to version 3.0, riak admin now needs to be used instead of riak-admin. This is part of the switch to using rebar3 relx for operational stuff.
