  • remote old unused RBE configuration from when Angular RBE was used
  • bump to buildifier 6.4.0
  • add //:buildifier target that can be bazel run
  • add Buildifier GHA check
  • bazelrc cleanup
  • bazelignore cleanup
  • gitignore cleanup
