🎯 Summary

PIMS-1567

• Added basic project table page. Can be accessed through the Disposal Inventory link in the header.
• Custom status chip, did not fill in all values, some just fall back to warning.
• Sort comparator for project status will parse the number in the string instead of the raw string.
