Describe the bug in the current situation
When the staff enters the court order and click on Save and Resume Later then the Court order number is not being saved

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://dev.edit.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0871238/limitedRestorationToFull?restoration-id=144628&accountid=3040'
  2. Click on Convert to Full Restoration
  3. Enter the Court Order Number
  4. Click on Save and Resume Later.
  5. Open the Draft and notice that the Court order number is not saved.

@ArwenQin I may have fixed this in #16079. Please verify. If it's now working, please reduce the estimate and move this ticket to Done.

Yes, this has been fixed. Now the Court Order number is saved when click "Save and Resume Later"
