For Limited Restoration Extension/Conversion, if we remove the original person/business and replace it with a new person, we can process it successfully - we can file and pay, the Extension/Conversion application is done.
However, after it, when we open a new extension/conversion filing, the new added person is not updated, and the removed old person is still there.

Verified this bug was fixed in ticket #16500
Now Restoration Extension/Conversion can be successfully filed when the party is a business/corporation.
(Fixed the schema)
Tested with:
