zorbage-viewer: utility app for loading and viewing various image data formats

The zorbage-viewer uses the NetCDF, GDAL, SCIFIO file format translation
libraries as well as zorbage-nifti, zorbage-ecat, and zorbage-nmr in order
to open many image types into zorbage structures. It is a simple file viewer
that will be undergoing continued development.

Note that the viewer uses GDAL if it is present. If not it runs without
GDAL functionality. To use GDAL functionality you need to first install
GDAL on your machine. There are directions for doing so in the zorbage-gdal
README. See:

The viewer can currently read many kinds of files.
(Note that much of the file type support is due to the presence of GDAL
so if you want the full functionality of this application then you will
need to install GDAL on your system)
