Possible glyph adjustment for Cyrillic I (И/и), except for under Bulgarian locale #2489

According to this site, a common default style for Cyrillic I is for the middle diagonal bar to be compressed and vertically centered, with the Bulgarian localization form using the equivalent of the existing style that Iosevka already uses:

Additionally, this is what the Unicode charts show:
