A stand-alone hello beagle example (e.g. not embedded within the library)
OpenCL build for windows and linux
Start a "release" paper.
Target journal ideas: Bioinformatics, PLoS Biology
Solve "Issues"

Default scaling on GPU is wack at the moment

Finalize current "scaling" techniques -- consider 2nd paper describing approaches.
Turn-off OpenMP as default in build or solve compiler issue
