FAQ: Common solutions for beame insta SSL issues

We're going to be constantly updating this list of common questions we receive by email. If you're having an issue with beame-insta-SSL please open an issue on this repo and others can benefit from the answers.

  1. Outdated version of NodeJS - The supported version is 6.9.X. or higher.

  2. Token expired - register again. Soon the system will delete the registration automatically for expired tokens, but for now please email sophia@beame.io and we'll delete the record tied to your expired token so you can re-register.

  3. Credentials successfully created, but connection fails - make sure you have a server listening on your side of the tunnel.
