Added a new logos only view. You can scroll through cleart-art logos, very applicable for movie sets and game categories views.
Info texts/plot can be shown by clicking the up button or, if configured in view settings, it can be shown automatically or with timed delay. Introduces the new timer xml from kodi nexus. Matrix users will only have shown automatically or on user action.
