Up next support for PVR. In case PVR Artwork is available it will be shown; otherwise PVR Thumb

Thanks for your work!

There are missing conditions, such as Skin.HasSetting(Skin_enablePvrArtwork) and System.AddonIsEnabled(script.module.pvr.artwork).

E.g. in Custom_1134_PVRNextUp.xml and Includes.xml
