  • Version [1.9.14]

Chataigne can see the Stream Deck XL, but I get a error code 143, saying that the model is not supported...
Is there a way to solve this ?

Chataigne peut voir le Strem Deck XL, mais il y a un message d'erreur 143, comme quoi le modèle n'est pas supporté...
Est-ce qu'il y a une solution ?

Same problem. only on XL model. 15 button model work fine

I don't have any hardware to test and Streamdeck won't answer my emails for collaboration proposal. So I'm not spending more time on that but anyone is welcome to add support, or better to contact Streamdeck and tell them to send me some hardware ^^

I have the same problem, IThe software does not detect my stream deck XL. I downloaded the latest bleeding edge version of Chataigne and still not working.
Any solution for this?

You can't select the streandeck xl manually in the inspector ? Maybe it's a firmware version issue ?

Hi, I can't read, the image is too low res. Are you running the streamdeck app at the same time than chataigne ? If yes, maybe it prevents chataigne from accessing the streamdeck.

Sorry, I didn't see that low res image.
No, the two programs are not running simultaneously.

Version [1.9.19]
StreamDeck XL firmware : 1.01.000

I have a similar problem with a StreamDeck XL, not being recognized by Chataigne. When adding de Streamdeck module, nothing happens in the log.
I know for a fact that it worked before, so I started trying things.
I started installing older versions of Chataigne, and lo and behold: it works up to version 1.9.17.
(in the log window, I get following message when adding the module: "Stream Deck added : Stream Deck XL (Elgato) CL11L2A02709 : fd9, 6c, Stream Deck XL". I'm on a rev1 Streamdeck XL.)

Any version newer than that (including beta/bleeding edge) breaks the Streamdeck integration. So something changed starting from 1.9.18... on Mac Silicon at least.

Because for completeness sake, I tried it on Windows also, there's no problem there. The StreamDeck is recognized without any problem, even on the latest version.

As I see on the screenshots above, svisual is also on a Macbook, the issue might be related.
