We already translated most of the UI to French in #3169 and #3225, but didn't include static pages as they're written in plaintext, not locales.

Static pages are in app/views/static and some of them like the landing page (splash) and the Software page are part of the onboarding process. We should look into automatically translating these pages somehow.
