I really don't like this, which I'd translate to "textual raw text". @saracarl what do you think we should do about bad translations at this point?

"Work" is getting translated as "travail" (task, job, work" rather than "oeuvre".

Here, "work" is getting translated correctly as "oeuvre" instead of "travail"

ROC and OCR are both in common use in French. We should just standardize.

This adds French locales for all locale files except
adminandadmin_mailer. All/most of the UI should now be translated, except for static pages.This was done via an edited version of
i18n-tasks translate-missingand the Google Translate API.
