When we import IIIF text like https://collections.slq.qld.gov.au/api/IE3352996?format=iiif containing HTML annotation lists, we lose the line-breaks in the resulting transcript texts.

The manifest was also breaking on imports due to a column length constraint problem, so that's being lengthened from a MySQL text to mediumText.
