Was going to be a small PR, but adds a bunch of things.
For SiteImprove/Indexing
Robots.txt still needs to be picked up appropriately when a site is deployed to a subdirectory.
but it should allow sitemaps to be picked up more easily.
The archive link will help other semester's content be indexed.
