Release 0.3.1

This is a bugfix release.

• Makefile has been improved
• betterpath has been added, LjinuxRoot should not be visible anywhere
• updated motd and manual
• neofetch fixes
• MacOS make connection fixed
• The repo does no longer modify itself upon execution of make, everything is done on the board itself.
