Tracker Settings
Click the Gear icon at the top of the Tracker screen to access the Tracker Settings menu

Changes you make are stored in the
Settings.ini
file which can be found in your main Tracker folder
As of Tracker v7.5.2, the settings screen contains the following menus:

Setup | Configuration options for the main Tracker screen, such as Pokémon icon sets |
Extras | Toggles for Tracker extras, such as the Animated Pokémon popouts Extra features such as viewing randomizer logs and the Time Machine |
Gameplay | Toggle options for gameplay-related features of the Tracker |
New Runs | Setup options for the Tracker's New Runs feature |
Theme | Configuration options for customizing your Tracker's color themes |
Data | Allows you to manually manage the game data tracked while you play |
Stats | Displays various fun stats about your runs! |
Update | Informs you when an automatic update is available You can also manually check for updates and/or opt-in to dev branch updates |
Streaming | Allows you to customize the new game screen, particularly useful for streamers |
Extensions | Allows you to manage Custom Code Extensions |

Select an icon set for Pokémon from the available options. Click on the pokémon to cycle through random preview pokémon.

Click on
Edit Controls
to edit what buttons are used to toggle the view, or load the next seed. The buttons in this menu are GBA buttons, check your bizhawk controls config inConfig -> Controllers..
for what these are mapped to.

You can enable the Animated Pokémon popouts feature, if you have downloaded the required files.

You can view the log files for the current and the previous randomized seed.

You can use the Time Machine to create/load restore points (in the event of a game freeze, for example).

Click on
Estimate Pokémon IV Potential
to judge a pokémon similarly to the in-game stats judge.

You can toggle various gameplay-related features of the tracker.

Hide stats until summary shown
will make the tracker not display your Pokémon's stats until you check its summary page in-game. -
Calculate variable damage
will calculate the resulting base power of moves like low kick, eruption, and flail. IfDetermine friendship readiness
is also enabled, the power of return/frustration will be shown when they are close to or at max power. -
Reveal info if randomized
toggles whether to show randomized move pp, power, accuracy, and/or randomized pokémon types if you are playing with any of those randomization settings. If the setting is disabled they will appear as unknown values.

Choose from any of the premade themes in the Theme Library to change your Tracker's appearance.

Use the "Import" button to load in a theme from a friend.

Use the "Export button to get a string to copy and share with others!

Click "Edit Theme Colors" to edit individual colors for any theme, a preview will be shown of the tracker screen as you edit the color.

Contains information on how tracker data is saved and stored.

Use the "Save Data" button to manually save the tracker. This is useful if you wish to start a new game on the same Pokémon version but keep the tracker data from a previous game (for example, switching from FireRed kaizo runs to FireRed survival runs while a kaizo run is still on-going).

Use the "Load Data" button to manually load in a saved
.TDAT
file.
