I wanted to suggest a port of Blender's Geometry Nodes to bevy, and this is mostly for animations. The models can just be exported gltf, oc. But Geometry Nodes has "Simulation Nodes" feature for looping animations. And then there's dynamic scene building (runtime). And also for an object's configuration and/or animation.
Such that, you could export the node setup from blender, and then load that file (whatever type it may be) in bevy and have it create the same thing at runtime - and such that you plug in values to the geonodes input parameters programmatically to configure things the way you want at runtime either by user selections, or other variables.
There's 2 benefits:
it was done well, so why not use it - I do realize Blender isn't MIT, but maybe with Ton's permission it could be ported to run in some game engines.
I imagine some of you know Ton - it's worth a shout out and a question to him about allowance of this.
Perhaps Aider / claude could help a lot with the port. Maybe not, idk, but might be worth a try.
Jeff
