Please download the repository and execute it using python 3 instead of downloading these binaries, if you can.
It's slowwww, but totally functional!
Windows only binaries for now, Linux and Mac to come later.
You can always run an identical version on any python3-compatible system by downloading the .py files from the repository.
Errata:
There's an undocumented fill circle and fill rect function by using the right mouse button instead of left for the bitmapper tool. This will be in further release manuals.
