Generate hoogle docs for stack installed packages

This would be helpful since stack is getting quite popular, I'm guessing you'd need to look at the global stack.yaml and download from the default snapshot.

This is indeed a reasonable request but I don't anticipate working on it personally any time in the near future. Patches accepted.

and implement this myself?

@codygman see commercialhaskell/stack#55, which is the Stack issue tracking this feature, and all the notes on Hoogle 5.
