1. add platform name in file like : hackerrank,codechef,codeforces etc.
2. add problem link
3. add code of this prob

file name should be in this format : problem_name_hr(for hackerrank prob) , problem_name_cc(for codechef prob),problem_name_cc(for codeforces prob).
