Missing heading for _defacemask ?

In the current specification, it seems that we're missing a heading for the _defacemask suffix, or perhaps that the information was missed in a restructuring.

Specifically, looking here: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/04-modality-specific-files/01-magnetic-resonance-imaging-data.html#the-rec-entity

It seems that the _defacemask suffix is only defined as part of the rec entity. It would make sense to either add a new heading here or consolidate it in the MRI modality label section: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/04-modality-specific-files/01-magnetic-resonance-imaging-data.html#anatomy-imaging-data

Actually, the table immediately below describing ContrastBolusIngredient clearly belongs to the ce entity, so rec itself should be moved, along with the _defacemask suffix !
