Reorganize the landing page

Gabriella suggested to make the landing page cleaner with more shortcuts to submenu items following various use case scenarios.

I don't love the 3 column view of this. I'd say I prefer the current layout, especially when considering many device sizes.

Make sure any proposed layouts are tested on mobile phones for look and feel.

Also, I really don't like the colored triangle banner image. It just gets in the way and requires you to scroll to get to what you are looking for.

It is also not ideal for mobile devices.
