The behavior of
taxonkit filter --list-orderhas changed recently, and this PR updatespytaxonkit.list_ranks()accordingly. The CI config was also updated to drop Python 3.6 tests and add Python 3.9 tests. The pytaxonkit library should still support Python 3.6 for the near future at least, but the likelihood that we'll introduce a 3.6-incompatible change is probably going to increase over time.
