The pytaxonkit Python bindings for TaxonKit do not permit calling
taxonkit reformatdirectly. Instead, the user can pass some reformatting arguments to thepytaxonkit.lineage()function, which in turn callstaxonkit reformat. This branch adds support for new prefix-related arguments added in TaxonKit version 0.7.Related to #3.
