Patch release that includes multiple fixes around include and ignore handling.
This patch version should also remove the last regressions introduced in 1.5.0:

  • Ignored protected files are no longer reported.
  • Protected file diagnostics are no longer counted to determine if the number of diagnostics to be printed has reached the maximum allowed.
