The battery low functionality didn't work for 1-cell after fixing #61. It turns out we can not reliably detect if USB is plugged on the Bolt so the functionality has been disabled. The consequence is that if it is configured for 2-cells or more, and the Bolt is only powered though USB, the battery low indication will turn on.
