When the hour or minute increment or decrement keys are clicked consecutively, the BitDateRangePicker component exhibits unexpected behavior. Specifically, the hour or minute value jumps by a larger amount than expected, resulting in inaccurate time adjustments. This behavior is inconsistent with the intended functionality of the component.
