Commonmarker v1 moved to be Rust's comrak from C's cmark.

gjtorikian/commonmarker#107

And with that, AST parser that used Mato::Processor#parse_markdown is abolished.

But they are reintroducing AST parser. So we may as well wait for the release of this PR.
