This PR adds a
typefield to the entries in the results ofget_trade_historyandget_trade_history_by_sequenceAPIs, to indicate each trade is proactivebuy(or "pump"), or a proactivesell(or "dump").Cherry-picked from #2175, for issue #2163 for 4.0 release.
