What's a use case for this, compared to an offscreen framebuffer? Or is the intent here to render straight to display? |

Is supporting VK_KHR_DISPLAY possible? I'd like to use bgfx "headlessly" but with VK_KHR_DISPLAY for a vulkan surface.
