Created -portrait dashboards for ADV and Sport. Minor update to all SVGs to streamline layout.
Created SVGHelper and SVGSettings classes to contain dashboard functions and reduce code replication. Replaced code in Standard/ADV/Sport Dashboard views with function calls to SVGHelper for reduced replication and increased readability.
