perceivers

The blackduck perceivers are upstream supported data center event handling APIs, meant to work with the upstream perceptor repository https://github.com/blackducksoftware/perceptor .

image: a perceiver for detecting and annotating image streams, especially on the openshift platform
pod: a perceiver for detecting and annotating pods, especially on the kubernetes and openshift platforms
pkg: common code used by both perceivers
