Doesn't seem to affect functionality, but keeps generating unnecessary traffic.

Related to #132

Possible remediation: separate the useEffect function for tasks and profiles

FIX: ProfileDetail page keeps fetching data #135

Remediation: removed anything relating to task from the useEffect function in ProfileDetail, as the logic to refresh tasks is already present in TaskDetail, which is used in ProfileDetail
