Fix documentation for Gemma2. (huggingface#31682)

* Fix documentation for Gemma2. 

Model sizes and Blog post URL are wrong in the documentation.

* Update docs/source/en/model_doc/gemma2.md

We believe the responsible release of LLMs is critical for improving the safety of frontier models, and for enabling the next wave of LLM innovations*
